Mum's CheesecakeThis is a cheesecake my mum used to make on the holidays, and is absolutely wonderful. When she passed away, I found the recipe in one of her books and continued the tradition. Melt-In-Your-Mouth Berry TrifleHaven't tried this yet, but it looks beautiful! Cooking time includes placing the assembled trifle in the refrigerator for 4 hours to set.
